You may use the application to learn English vocabulary, review words, read example sentences, and access other learning features made available within the app.

6. Apple App Store

Vocabulary 3000 is distributed through Apple's App Store.

Your use of the App Store is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, policies, and conditions.

Apple is not responsible for these Terms of Use or for the operation of Vocabulary 3000 except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

Vocabulary 3000 may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future.

If such features are introduced, payments may be processed through Apple's App Store and will be subject to Apple's applicable billing, cancellation, and refund policies.

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not directly control refunds for purchases processed by Apple.
